Zee’s Ek Se Badhkar Ek has reached its final stages and this week’s elimination will give the contest its final two jodis.

And giving us information on the elimination is our well-placed source who says, “This week will see the Wild-Card jodi of Abhishek Awasthi and Meenal Jain bowing out in spite of giving their best performance”.

The 3 jodis in addition to their solo performances had to deliver a duet performance too in this penultimate episode. According to our source, “Abhishek and Meenal performed really well in the Jodi round and got 28 points, while Jasveer-Raja led the table with 29 and Kushal-Sanchita trailing back with 25”. After this, were the solo performances wherein Abhishek and Kushal fared almost equally and performance-wise Meenal was better than Sanchita.

The twist in the tale this week was that there was no elimination as such, but the judges had to choose the top 2 Jodis out of the three left. “Ahmed Khan and Abhijeet Bhattacharya decided to go with Kushal-Sanchita and Jasveer-Raja, thus bringing the curtains down for the talented pair of Abhishek and Meenal”.

It will be Jasveer and Raja V/s Kushal and Sanchita in the Finale of Ek Se Badhkar Ek – Jalwe Sitaron Ke….
